4. Rights of the Personal Data Subject Specified in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law (the “Law”)

a) To learn whether MAQRE TEKSTİL processes personal data concerning them and which personal data it processes,
b) To obtain information regarding the purposes of the processing activity,
c) To know the third parties to whom MAQRE TEKSTİL transfers personal data domestically or abroad,
d) To request the correction of personal data if they have been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
e) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the Law,
f) If the correction, deletion or destruction of personal data is requested, to request that the actions taken be communicated to the third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred,
