Buyer

The person placing an order through the Shopify system, based on the information provided during the ordering process.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website.

3. Product and Order Information

The product type, quantity, brand/model, color, sales price, and payment method are as specified during the ordering process and are included on the order summary page.

4. General Provisions

4.1. The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and been informed of the preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics of the product, the sales price, the payment method, delivery, and the right of withdrawal, and that they have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2. The product shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within the legal period, no later than 30 days.

4.3. The Seller shall not be held liable if the Buyer is unavailable at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery.

4.4. The Seller is responsible for delivering the ordered product in a complete, undamaged condition and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.

5. Payment and Delivery

5.1. Payment shall be made by credit card, debit card, or other online payment methods.

5.2. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer.

5.3. The order shall be processed upon confirmation of payment.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without providing any reason.

6.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified in writing within this period.

6.3. The product to be returned must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused

  • In its original, unopened packaging

  • In a condition suitable for resale

Custom-Made / Hygiene Exception: For products such as perfumes, items whose packaging has been opened, which have been tested, and whose return is deemed unsuitable for health and hygiene reasons in accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts cannot be returned.

7. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Products made to the Buyer's specifications or clearly personalized

  • Products that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons

  • Perfumes and cosmetic products with opened packaging

  • Underwear, swimwear, and similar products

  • Digital products delivered instantly in electronic form

8. Return Conditions

8.1. The returned product must:

  • Be sent together with the invoice

  • Be complete and undamaged

  • Be unused

  • Be returned within the applicable return period

8.2. For returns made under the right of withdrawal:

  • If the product is returned via the Seller's contracted shipping carrier, the shipping cost shall be borne by the Seller.

  • Otherwise, the shipping cost shall be borne by the Buyer.

8.3. The price of the returned product shall be refunded using the original payment method within 10 days following approval of the return.

9. Defective Product

If the delivered product is defective, the Buyer may:

  • Return the product

  • Request a replacement

  • Request a refund

10. Force Majeure

The Seller may be unable to fulfill its delivery obligations in the event of circumstances beyond the control of the parties, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, and logistical disruptions.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts having jurisdiction over the Buyer's place of residence shall have authority.

12. Entry into Force

By placing an order through the website, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
