You can return the products you have received within 14 business days from the delivery date.
For the return process to be carried out, the products must be:
- Unused,
- Undamaged,
- Sent complete with all accessories and original packaging.
After creating a return request, simply deliver your package to Yurtiçi Kargo branches with the cargo code provided to you.
Following the return inspection process, refunds for returns found to comply with the conditions will be made according to your payment method.
